Admin Menu
This option allows you to set up users for the MA Circulation System and limit their access levels.
Options available within this menu are described below:User Information: allows you to add/edit users
of the system, and create login codes and passwords, and set up
access limitations (if any).
Global Replace: allows you to execute search and replace
functions on fields within the system.
Importing - Merge/Purge: allows you to import/merge data into the subscribers (SUBS.DBF), and subscriptions (SUBS2.DBF) tables, as well as purge data
within these two tables.
Export (SQL) -Admin: allows you to export data across multiple data bases (tables) using Structured Query Language (SQL).
Management Reporting: allows you to print activity reports by user to show adds, edits, and deletes.
Remaining/expiry Admin: allows you to increase or decrease remaining issues, if you are using the remaining issues for expiration calculations.
Labels/Reports Admin: allows you to modify reports and label formats yourself.
Delete a Merchandise Invoice: allows you to delete a
specific invoice for a product purchase. Global Suspending: allows you to globally suspend subscribers based on criteria that you select, by building an expression or a condition.
Global Cancel Subscriptions: allows you to cancel subscribers who have outstanding payments based on the number of days overdue, or on a specific percentage of an invoice due.
NSF Checks Adjustment: allows you to make adjustments to subscribers for returned items.
Technical Support: provides you with direct access to the FoxPro data base language the system is written in,
in order to execute short programming language instructions.
Run Custom Programs: allows you to run custom programs that have been created for specific tasks.
