Features
of the MA eBlaster include:

Macro
Substitution allowing you to place fields and look up values from the
subscriber record right into the body of the message for that true
personalized feel. Four types of Macros can be defined, from straight
field-to-macro substitution, to custom procedures for complicated
calculations or lookups.

a mailing queue with several messages lumped together for mailing at
the end of a day or over lunch, instead of one at a time.

HTML
preview option for the system allows you to see what you've created
before mailing out samples or actual e-mails.

Automatic e-mailing of Reader Service Card
summary and Sales Leads
attachments in a file format specified by the user direct to the
advertiser's e-mail address from the MA Circulation Manager RSC
Module.
Set up an e-mail message as you would in any other e-mail package,
except these are assigned identity numbers by the system. If you want
to use HTML marking tags for part or all of your message, just click the
"Is HTML" check-box. This will allow you to include images in your
message drawn from your web-site without the need of attaching them to
the message -- just like sending a web-page. Or attach files if you
prefer.
There is a testing button (yellow envelope) on the editing screen that sends the message
to the return addressee e-mail address. Once you're happy with it, save
the message and then go to the broadcast screen. Pick the message you
want to send from a pop-up or just enter the ID number. Build your
condition for the message using our easy-to-use condition builder, which
is very similar to condition building in the MA
Circulation Manager.
Once the system has finished broadcasting, you can print off a list
of trouble addresses, if any exist. Just go back to your source files
and correct the e-mail addresses, then use the re-broadcast screen to
send the message to those records which did not send successfully the
first time for a
given eMessage ID.

professional looking personalized e-mail messages to your subscribers
