The main menu is the launch point to all of the features and power of the MA Circulation Manager.
From here you can do the following:

Entry:
The Entry menu is comprised of nine sub sections.
Each of the options under Entry allow you to add, edit, delete and/or duplicate data to different sections of the system, depending upon which modules you have.

Reports:
The Reports section of the MA Circulation Manager allows you to create/print reports, do statistics and counts, create/print labels and mail-merge files, and run reader service sales leads to your printer, fax or file.

|
Utilities:
This menu contains a host of useful functions which will help you maintain your data bases, as well as configure some of the system settings.

|
Maintain:
This is one of the most powerful areas of the system. Care should be exercised when using this menu. Access to this menu and its options are controlled through your Information screens.

|
Admin:
This menu allows you to undertake many administrative and data maintenance functions.
It is only accessible to individuals assigned to supervisor status in the user menu.

|
Help: On-line help is available by pressing F1 or by accessing the main help screen menu.
|
