Mailing Queue Feature

 

Now when you're ready to send messages you have two options. One is to send immediately as before; the other is to add the message to a queue to be sent at a later time. In this way, you can append several messages together to send later, such as at the end of the day when traffic might be better.

All of the items in the queue are listed in the top half of the screen. You can opt to send them by keeping them checked, or uncheck some to send at a later time before sending the balance. You can also select individual items within a queue to delete. There is a preview option to view the selected message as well. Hit the send button and all of the messages in each of the selected the queues will be sent one after another.

Simple to use, easy to manage! Now you can send thousands of professional looking personalized e-mail messages to your subscribers based on any condition you can think of.
