When you enter Reader Service Card (RSC)
lead numbers into the system through the [RSC] button in either the
subscriber search screen or entry screen, they sit in the
system until you run the "All New" option. When
"All New" is selected, the following screen
appears: |

| Printer | This option will print the sales lead tracking form report to the default printer for all new records. Note that you can design a different custom form for each publication in the system. |
| ASCII File | This option will send your leads information to an ASCII file into the directory entered in the Edit Sales Leads Options/Message. The actual format of the delimited file can be modified by you through the technical support window and can be different for each publication. |
| Fax Leads | This option will send the fax track form to Symantec Software's WinFax Pro, with the necessary fax numbers and contact names for automatic broadcast faxing. Note that like the tracking form for the printer, the fax form can also be customized for each publication in the system. |
| Checklist | This option will print a checklist off, indicating the number of leads per advertiser, and what their status is for printing tracking forms, faxing leads and generating ASCII files. |
| Advertiser Labels | If selected, this option will allow you to print out advertiser labels for either cut-sheet formats or continuous labels. You can also select which advertisers to print based on who is marked for "Print Leads", "Fax Leads" or "ASCII File". |
| Subscriber Labels | If selected, this option will allow you to print out subscribers labels for either cut-sheet formats or continuous labels for subscribers if you wish to send them to advertisers if your standard leads form doesn't include a label as part of it. |
Output Options
Whether you need to print sales leads forms or to broadcast fax them, this system can do it simply and without effort. If you want to e-mail the leads, this system can also generate ASCII delimited files. There is even a convenient Checklist to help you manage fulfillment and provides a summary for your records. If all you want is labels, there are two label formats to choose from, and you can print either Advertiser or Subscriber labels.
