 The Tag Records
function allows you to mark records for label, or data
file output.
The Delete Records From Database function allows you
to globally delete records from the data base.
The Change Password option allows you to change your
password.
The Browse File option allows you to browse any of the
many data base files in the system.
The Address checker option allows you to download data
for address validation and correction. This option also
allows you to upload corrected and bad addresses
information to overwrite and flag the data in the system.
You must have a third-party software package authorized
by the post office, or use a service bureau which does,
in order to do address validation.
The Leads To Date Update option updates the
leads-to-date marker for the reader service tracking
form.
The FSA (NDG) Update function updates the zip/postal
code and state/province data.
The Company Code Update function gives you control
over the company name code generation process.
The Merchandise Update function allows you to add/edit
merchandise you may have for sale to your subscribers.
The Hardware Statistics option provides you with data
on your computer hardware.
The Renewal Series nth Replace option allows for a
renewal series to be run on an "nth" select
basis for testing purposes.
The Merge Duplicate Subscriber option allows you to
merge duplicate subscribers with the same basic
information.
