Member
retention is all about delivering service in a
professional fashion. This means dealing with each
member contact in timely fashion. Too often, our workload
means that things are overlooked or not delivered on
time. In order to expedite matters, there is a
management contact component built into the system. As
you deal with people on the phone or through e-mails,
you can enter their requests into our member contact
screen.

Stipulate the
specific action requested and the type of method request.
These notes are then attached to a member and can be
reviewed by anyone with access rights to the member. A
master contact screen allows you to see what actions are
required within a specified range to allow you manage the
work load. Actions required can be viewed by all with access
to the system.
If it's a
standard letter, you can jump from this screen to the
member's specific screen to pick from predefined letters, or
paste the address into a Word document for personalized
follow-up. Or just call by the date requested.
Looking at the
member's contact screen can tell you in advance who else has
contacted them or what may be outstanding before you make an
unsolicited call for example. The contact management screen
can be used to store and retrieve valuable data which will
make it easier to deal with problem members, or to ensure
that actions are taken to avoid having an individual become
one.
All of the screens
in our system are linked and can be opened simultaneously. You
can see payment information for insurance or when recent
