Maintenance Menu
This is where you set the basic codes/information that will be used throughout the data base. Also, this is where you set up subscription rates and codes for renewals.
The Code Maintenance option allows you to add/edit existing codes used in data entry.
Choosing the Publication Maintenance option allows you to set address and issue information for your publication(s).
The General Maintenance allows you to set some of the basic parameters for the MA Circulation Manager, such as the default country and printers.
The Automatic Archive/Reinstatement option allows you to automatically archive subscribers from your data base, or reinstate archived subscribers back into your data base.
The Letter Maintenance option allows you to create/edit letters used in the system.
The Reader Service Options function is used to set up issues for reader service processing purposes.
The House Keeping Maintenance... option allows you to remove deleted records, reindex and pack your system for more efficient processing.
The Company Code Exclusion function allows you to control how the company code generation process occurs.
The Survey Setup/Maintenance function allows you to set up surveys and to maintain them on an ongoing basis.
The Survey Tag Function option allows you to use survey information by building a condition to set a tag so that you can print labels, etc. specifically for those subscribers who have been assigned with the tag.
