Merchandise Sales Module
The Merchandise Sales module is a
software product that manages the sale of products and
services, other than subscriptions. It is integrated
with the MA Circulation Manager, the subscription
fulfillment program, providing an all-in-one type
environment for publishing functions.
This feature is found in the data entry screen of the
MA Circulation Manager, where you can also: enter a
subscription order; change an address; add reader service
card numbers; cancel, suspend, and reinstate a
subscriber; view account history; print a mail merge
letter; and much more. Some uses include:
- Single copy sales
- Sale of books and other merchandise
- Back issues
- Seminars
- Conferences
- Ad sales
The Merchandise Sales Module will track inventory
levels of products, and tell you when inventory is
getting low. Billing functions, accounting and sales
reports are also included with this module.
This module will greatly increase the efficiency and
productivity of any publication/publishing company which
sells, or would like to sell, products or services, in
addition to regular subscriptions.
