True Multiple Publication System

To eliminate duplication of names, keep the size of the database down to a minimum, and efficiently manage multiple publications, built in are standard features to make managing your many magazines more efficient.

An individual can be a subscriber to one or more publications, with only one occurrence of their name in the database. Switching from one publication to another is done on-the-fly from almost anywhere in the program. This eliminates the need to exit certain areas, or the program itself, to work on another magazine.

Network Capabilities

The MA Circulation Manager is networkable right "out of the box" for an unlimited number of users. It can be installed on many popular LAN's and pier-to-pier systems.

The system provides simultaneous accessibility and multi-tasking which allows more than one user to work on the program at the same time, whether for data entry, printing of reports, generating statistics, or any other function, without affecting the performance of the program. Thus, users are not held up while any processing is done.

On-Line Entry

On-line entry means that when you add an order, renew a subscription, make a payment, cancel an order, or change an address, the information is updated immediately on the spot.

There is no need to have to run time-consuming batch files, or risk the possibility of another operator making a change to a subscriber's record which has already been changed and not yet updated. This is all eliminated with on-line entry. When you make a change, it is instantly recorded!

Everything is found in a well organized pull-down menu system, with options available based on user access levels.
