Survey Module


 

The survey module is integrated with the MA Circulation Manager, meaning that you do not have to leave the program in order to use it. In fact, you will be able to add survey answers to existing subscribers directly through the main data entry screen.

Once a survey is selected, a list of questions for the current magazine will pop up with the appropriate field for entry of answers. The answers keyed in are validated against those in the set-up to ensure accuracy. Previous and next buttons exist to allow the user to quickly move backwards and forwards through the questionnaire. The system will check to see if the question is a multi or a single, and for multi will allow multiple responses.

Reporting

Not only will the results be tabulated for all the response categories, the user will be able to cross-tabulate against some of the existing fields such as province/state, industry, job function and others. A menu system which allows the user to select his or her own cross-tabs will be created.

Totals and percentages could then be selected for those who answered the question, or for all of those responding.
